We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions within 1 business day.

๐Ÿ’ธ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or product. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund โ€” no return shipping required.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
