Thank you for shopping with EasyTrip Baby! We know that when you're traveling with little ones, every detail matters — including getting your gear on time. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Free on orders over $75 | $6.99 for orders under $75
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $14.99
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $29.99

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@easytripbaby.com. We'll work quickly to make it right.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been processed. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@easytripbaby.com.
